AV HERO springs into action! First we ask you to describe your request. Then, you’ll either create a new account or sign into your existing account. Confirm your location and contact information, submit the request, and we will connect you to a local AV HERO. Once connected, you can contact your HERO over the phone to discuss details or just wait for them to arrive at your specified time. AV HERO charges a flat rate of $75/hour, with a 1-hour minimum, and you’ll always have the opportunity to approve everything before you pay.

Your request is sent to all AV HEROES in your area. The first HERO to review and accept gets the job. Once connected, you can contact your HERO to discuss details or simply wait for them to arrive at your specified time.

Your AV HERO will arrive at your home or office and get to work! If you need to purchase some miscellaneous items to get the job done, your HERO can help with that too. You pay a flat hourly fee of $75/hour, with a 1-hour minimum. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Save the Day guarantee.

Upon completion of your request, AV HERO always gives you the opportunity to approve our work before we charge you. And if we can’t Save the Day, you don’t pay.
